Hi. We are a web startup about a month away from launching our initial offering and we are seeking to add to the team when we do - there's certain to be a good amount of work as we roll out to users.

Specifically we are looking for support on our front end - see below for the detailed skill sets. The thing is, we think a lot of people have skills. In fact we know it. We don't want just skills. We want someone who is as passionate about being part of something as we are. We want someone who will speak up, add value, get creative, look for solutions, we want someone who is tired of a "day job" or working just to get a check. We want someone who wants to get out of bed every morning.

Role: Web Application Developer

General Skills:
Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results
Ability to assess project needs, and work independently to ensure project success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work remotely as part of a virtual team
Samples of previous work products strongly desired!

Technical Skills:
Expert at HTML+CSS layout and design
Experience developing web application frontends (HTML+CSS+JS with REST backend)
Experience developing client side UI (ie. Javascript) using MVC frameworks such as Backbone.js
Experience using user interface technologies such as: JQuery, JQuery Mobile, Backbone.js, etc.
Experience developing using Git for revision control
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium and JMeter

• Compensation: We'll do a consulting contract to start and from there, the skies the limit
