Our Chicago based company is looking for a Programmer and Website Designer that is able to take customer outlines and work them into overall deliverable functionality and high end designs. This individual would be able to take an existing or new website build-out specifications and take it the rest of the way to allow our clients to use a clean custom end product with coding that is maintainable and readable. This individual would be best living in the immediate Chicagoland region, but if your skills prove exceptional, we will see if we can work with you. Our main goal is client satisfaction, and if you are driven and like the feeling of a changing an environment on a weekly basis, we will look forward to hearing from you!

Programmer Requirements:

* General:*

- 2 years minimum Website programming experience, PHP being a primary language
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to meet deadlines balancing speed and accuracy
- Can perform cross-browser and interface unit testing
- Possess a creative blend of mind and expertise in usability of websites
- General knowledge of web marketing for coding purposes (integration of SEO, Analytic programs)

* Fluency:*

All Web Designers must submit a link to your online portfolio to be considered.
All programming candidates will be tested before hire. They will be given a basic skills test and will need to demonstrate their knowledge of overall programming standards.
